The Québec Federation of Real Estate Boards (FCIQ) is a non-profit umbrella organization for the province’s 12 real estate boards. Its mission: to promote and protect the interests of Quebec’s real estate industry, so that Boards and members can successfully achieve their business objectives.
The Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ) is the organization responsible for applying and enforcing the Real Estate Brokerage Act.
